Change and return at Pixelparts

Do you want to exchange or return your product? Then follow the RMA procedure as explained below and Pixelparts will provide you with the best possible service.

How do I request an RMA procedure?

  1. Login with your user data on our webshop. Then click on "RMA" and choose which product you want to exchange or return.
  2. Select "Request new RMA".
  3. Choose your: order number, product, return options and shipping information. Try to describe your return as well as possible.
  4. Submit your application for an RMA.

What happens after I submit an RMA procedure?

Your request will be sent to Pixelparts and will be processed by our team. How does the RMA procedure go?
  1. Our team reviews your RMA request and assesses whether your product should be shipped to us or whether we can come to a solution remotely.
  2. If your request has been approved, you may ship your product to us.
  3. We will keep you informed by sending a notification to you.
  4. You will receive a track & trace number when your product is returned.
NOTE: we only accept products that have passed the RMA procedure completely and without errors. If this is not the case, we will have to refuse your application.

Change in 14 calenderdays

We only accept RMA (products) requests that have been purchased within 14 calendar days. Is your purchase more than 14 calendar days ago? There is a good chance that we will have to reject your submitted RMA. NOTE: We only exchange products up to 14 days after your purchase. In case of damage to your product, you can exchange or return up to 30 days after your purchase.
