What happens after I submit an RMA procedure?

Your request will be sent to Pixelparts and will be processed by our team. How does the RMA procedure go?
  1. Our team reviews your RMA request and assesses whether your product should be shipped to us or whether we can come to a solution remotely.
  2. If your request has been approved, you may ship your product to us.
  3. We will keep you informed by sending a notification to you.
  4. You will receive a track & trace number when your product is returned.
NOTE: we only accept products that have passed the RMA procedure completely and without errors. If this is not the case, we will have to refuse your application.
